Angie is a rockin' massage therapist and an all around sweet girl, let's not forget
her amazing smile! I have had the pleasure of shooting some commercial work
with her and was thrilled when she asked me to shoot her wedding. Her cake
was the coolest I have seen to date and she was just stunning!

Pam and the family were enjoying a nice, relaxing vacation in Perdido Key.
So, we met up at Johnson Beach for some portraits and fun in the sand.

I am trying to be a good girl and blog every session, but I am not sure if I will be able to keep
up this pace! LOL

Here are some pics of Jennifer and her adorable family. I made the mistake of asking for photos
by the water first and we failed miserabley at keeping the kids dry. ;) Luckily the walk back
over to the sound side was long enough to dry their clothes out somewhat. It was a fun
session and I really love the photos of the kids and grandma at sunset!

{ Sweet Reunion }

I had the honor of coming along with a very good friend of mine, to greet her husband after
his 6 month deployment. It was the most amazing thing I have ever had the opportunity
to photograph!

Now this is how you do a beach wedding! A simple, but very elegant gown and the people
you care about surrounding you with love. Beautiful!

Barbie and the guys were down for visiting some family and wanted some beach photos.
We had a great day for it, as you can see the beach was pretty empty. They were up for
anything, so we got a nice variety of shots.... along with a few laughs!

David and I had such a great time with Becky and her family. Goofing off, jumping, running in
the sand, playing with starfish... more like a family day at the beach than a portrait session. ;)
Which is what made it so wonderful!

Portraits : L.D. & Amy

Amy and L.D. are getting married in October of this year and having a fun downtown engagement
session was a great way for us to get to know each other. I highly recommend brides have
a session with their wedding photographer ahead of time, it is a great indicator of how you
will jive on your wedding day!

L.D. really knows how to make Amy smile. I loved their sweet glances and giggles
between shots! David and I can't wait to photograph their wedding. :)

Gretchen wanted some photos made of her 2 camera shy men. Honestly you can't tell from
these photos if they truly are camera shy and the session went very smoothly! :) David and
I really enjoyed capturing images of mom and dad interacting with their adorable son.

We scheduled a session in Destin and were soooo close to getting rained out.
The clouds broke apart right as they got over us and we were even treated
to a rainbow. :)

Bryanne gave us a call wanting some special photos made of her daughter
along with a few family shots. We found a beautiful spot on Navarre Beach
and enjoyed the evening walking around in the soft sand. I just love the
"big smile" shot! :)

David and I got some awesome action shots at this family session! The boys
were more than willing to jump, run, and splash in the water. I hope that Sarah
and her family enjoy these photos from their vacation in Ft.Morgan. :)

They were on vacation from their home in Texas and thought a beach
session would be fun. It was!

Plus we were treated to a really cool sunset between the condos in Destin.
